The bad thing is one is rented out to our daughter, so rent is hit and miss, and the other is rented to a friend's mom who is retired, both are rented out at about 200-300 below market value.

"Susie-The Daughter" vacates the lease a year early because she's 'so over' all the drug drama (but does not communicate with me that she's left).

We moved into this house quickly because three years ago we took in my mother who battles MS and our grandson when my daughter walked out and left him.

He wants to rent with a lady (she has 15 yr daughter) with 700+ credit score, 2x salary vs rent job, BUT she has "judgement from court" for child support services ( She needs to pay  for child support).

She didn't make any of these requests prior to her signing the contract, after the contract, she brought her sister in law, her daughter, and everyone else there was giving her advice as to how to "improve" the apartment. 

That decision will be revisited when my daughter graduates high school in 4 years.
