One just needs to be very specific.This kind of broad-too-general answer will receive 40% saying STR is all damn good and 60% saying run away from STR as the booking is gone.In reality, it's not a comparison.For STR, you better ask "what is the occupancy of nearby hotels in Orlando Area during Christmas time", then they will find a more solid answer. ps: my airbnb is fully booked until June 2023 now.
