Excel is great because it is fully customize-able, easy to use and the format is universal.

From my experience working with different CRMs (Zoho, Podio, etc), I haven’t found a platform that offers the same level of functionality and customizability as Podio.

This software platform is good for blogging, easily customizeable, and has many great features for how simple or complex your needs are.

As for any scalable business, having a customizable, team-friendly customer relationship management system to track our business in a variety of different ways is essential.

Booking.com is much more customizable in terms of policies, rate plans, etc.

If you have 5 different employees doing different tasks, sure, you need a customizable CRM.

I am looking at several of the hosting services and companies that have canned/customizable sites for wholesaling and buying properties.

We are using buildium for prop mgt software. they have an online customizable rental app and credit check and all info attaches to the tenants online account with us.
