This is the type of person you want on your team, not someone who will tell you how nice the paint color is or how beautiful the layout is.

For color, I would go either with a white color or more black for contrast.

I have had possible tenants lie to me about all kinds of background stuff, but I really had these people pegged as coming back with flying colors.  

Look at the map, and find the groupings of similar color candlesticks.

Two local vendors below also might be able to get you square away inexpensively but I haven't used them so they are for you to research. call them up and ask for quotes on your desired appliances type and size and colors for scratch and dent.
