-Over 150 hours of educational content that is available at your own pace to take you from very basic investing concepts to very advanced topics on tax strategies, raising private capital, STR vs MTR vs LTRs, legal, how to scale your portfolio, etc.So no, you cannot receive that for free on BP forums, and you cannot access that kind of value and deals as an individual investor.

Any changes to the order of how the content is presented? 

We'd like to create some educational content to help investors.

And, I believe that the content is sympathetic but direct, i.e.  

BP has so many great resources and tons of great content!

There are even members that will respond here that have ulterior motives, so you shouldn't trust them.Go through the content available here on BP and then start looking for a Property Management Company you can build a relationship with - but, still verify & validate what they do as no one is perfect and even an honest mistake can cost thousands.Some agents may post here to start with them, but 95%+ of agents don't know how to properly identify a rental property to buy.

Recently started a "small talk" discussion which is a focused content section followed by pure, good ole networking.
