The bike trail connects Millvale to downtown and a couple popular breweries/concert venue located in the neighborhood that attract people from other neighborhoods.

Our crazy tenant must be housing  refugee kids running around while having nightly concerts in our condo.....Condo Assn, want's our asses speared.landlord downstairs wants us crucified.downstairs tenants are extremely unhappy.Now, we've already given the tenants the last 60 day NTV.....BUT we're getting WORSE noise complaints and pretty much death threats from all of the above....What's my options now??

Repairs needed are as follows:Install 3 firewalls in the atticReplace the 4 back decksReplace 3 wire boxesReplace 3 walls with wood rot damage - 10 ft x10ft sheet rockSmall facets and leak repairsDriveway concert patchworkFew roof patchwork.I just don't know what the expect with the FHA requirements and how to get a loan from them with all these replacement needed items. 

It's usually not the best approach to attempt to undermine those with more experience than you, it's better to work in concert.
