I changed my major from Accounting to Real Estate back in 2018 when I was attending Glendale Community College.

Ken, You're changing the subject to something neither of us ever discussed.The only thing you claimed was that having no-debt on a SFR property makes no sense, because of your theory that the government is going to be massively raising taxes on property owners to "oppressive" levels.

When evaluating a property management company, it's important to look beyond just the management fee and consider the full scope of services and costs involved.For example, at our company, we charge a 10% monthly management fee, a $250 lease renewal fee (unless it’s a takeover tenant, which requires additional effort to establish a strong relationship - because usually people are changing pm companies for a reason), and the first month’s rent as a leasing fee.

So, until the mindset of the people we depend on to move our plans and permits forward, changes for the better, it will continue to be difficult in LA County.

I work full time at a decent job, but have quickly learned that I needed to make some changes in my families life by securing our financial future.
