@Jonathan Gregori You should always get quotes from a few different sources, including a good brokerage and a few of captive agencies (brands like Allstate, State Farm, etc.)

It sounds to me like you have some captive investors, perhaps a small group that are wanting to leverage thier lending power and your incentive is then doing more deals.If that is the case, are you intending to hold these as rentals?

@Haickel Padron I ended up using a captive agency for my house, cars and personal umbrella, and then I use a local independent agent to do all of my rentals.

If you're going to a captive agent (State Farm, Allstate, etc), they probably don't have the resources.
