Hi my best friend from childhood is a contractor. 

We just went home (we still call it home) to my folks place and spent the evening NYE and New Years day with my folks and saw a childhood friend that was back in town and haven't seen in years - the momentum there is far superior to anything Topeka has going - though I do like some things Topeka is doing to downtown but there's just not many businesses down there to draw anyone after business hours. 

I have a child hood buddy who is struggling with his life.

We bought the duplex and rented it out to two of my childhood friends.

My mom has a lot of equity built up in my old childhood home, so that's an opportunity I'm excited to explore.

As a child and family therapist, I work in trauma and childhood trauma all the time.

I start getting closer, the fields are beautiful, the rural roads and forests just make you think of childhood and swimming in a creek.
