Call the service that did the jetting for you ask who to get..Break out the shop vac, the bleach, power washer, and elbow grease,,, and dehumdifiers after it's done.

for the mold thats easy bleach and elbow grease is all you need no major issue there. as for stress RE does have a lot of that especially flipping  older homes where you never know whats behind the walls.

For example we don't use bleach on our sheets.

Surface mold is easily remedied with a mix of water and bleach. 

So it would be 2 loads regardless if you are the same (for bleach purposes).

So it is labor intensive... but if you mix baking soda and bleach together to make a paste, then scrub that on the grout with a toothbrush, let sit then rinse.

Also, bleach works wonders

You can clean small areas with vinegar and borax,  never,  ever,  ever use bleach on mold.

Agents and wholesalers both like to compete for “best marketing hyperbole”...Just once I want to read “Come for the mystery water stains but stay for the pungent aroma of bleach we use to cover the musty odor!”

I found the best and really only solution is to bleach the floors and then follow up with running an ozonator in the room for several days.
