Call the service that did the jetting for you ask who to get..Break out the shop vac, the bleach, power washer, and elbow grease,,, and dehumdifiers after it's done.

for the mold thats easy bleach and elbow grease is all you need no major issue there. as for stress RE does have a lot of that especially flipping older homes where you never know whats behind the walls.

I found the best and really only solution is to bleach the floors and then follow up with running an ozonator in the room for several days.
