Hello everyone,Just wanted to see if anyone on here had any gold nuggets/ideas on how you can avoid from someone breaking in and either stealing your items or damaging your property.  

For example - the seller can use it for their due diligence fee, pay off a credit card, pay off a medical bill, gamble, buy a bathtub full of gold, etc. the moment they receive it (normally the day after the offer is accepted).

I'll pass....Great PM's are worth their weight in gold and worth it to some people.... others are worthless and will rob you blind, hire crap workers and nickel and dime you to death.

Sold for $47k and after 10% commission for my realtor ( a land specialist from National Land Realty.Good realtors with local knowledge are worth their weight in gold!)

If they underperform then take appropriate action up to firing them.As a realtor, the clients I ALLWAYS treated like Gold was repeat buyers.

You might expect a shingled roof to last ~25 years because the shingle might be rated/warrantied for that period of time, BUT if you monitor and do repairs as they come up it can very well last 30, 35, or even 40 years which to many people sounds crazy but since roofs are expensive those extra years are like gold!

That decade is long gone, and so is sitting on ones duff expecting others to do everything and just drop bags of gold on ones lap.
