In my experience they don’t mirror each other.

Darcy,I know many of people who had NJ and went for NY and had no issues since the courses were almost a mirror image. 

I'm going to mirror everyone else's response in that it really depends on so many variables.   

We ended up keeping our sink as it was on tile, and upgraded the vanity/mirror to make it look nice.   

I don't know what rental rates are in Moab but I imagine they mirror the real estate pricing?

And most people who buy pre-construction buy to hold because they want to use the property for themselves and they can get great rental income returns when they don't use it.However, this is temporary and, in real estate, unless you flip, you generally invest for the mid-to long-term and once Covid is in the rearview mirror, the oversupply will be gone.
