Hi there, I was considering purchasing The Book on Flipping Houses & The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs but I usually read on my Kindle. 

Eleven years ago, my dear and beloved parents helped me out tremendously by purchasing a home in which I've lived for just over 11 years now.

Currently working in the Marine sector's desk bound job.Have no background and experience in real estate investing.looking to buy and hold properties in US and UK but haven't have got cash, connection or network.Wad buying Kindle books of Robert Kiyosaki and saw BP's series of book and got curious and came by the website.looking for someone who could guide myself and my partner which is to 1.

It is mostly original (my fave) and it will be lovely when done.

Here, these gurus are preying on the self-importance of potential targets who cannot stand doing anything unguided where they might waste what they consider to be their incredibly important time, or, in the lingo beloved by BS artists, "not put their time toward its best and highest use."
