Are tenants failing to ventilate the bathroom after a hot shower?

We actually put one in our lower level and while this is fine in the summer , in the winter in the northeast this is adjacent to a bathroom and the bathroom is then freezing. 

Trying to find people that can share kitchens, bathrooms and more is like babysitting.If serious, look at companies like Padsplit.BP so far, doesn't have any service for finding motivated sellers.

Good opportunities, early stage opportunities, may not have the best online presence, but be otherwise legitimate.Also IRR is a vanity metric, it's the wrong measurement.

There was a water leak in a bathroom which required a full renovation of that bathroom.
