I used a few other softwares before landing on Baselane which I chose due to the user friendly interface, integrated banking and bookkeeping, and the property management features.

Texas is also the poster child of land in the path of progress richs being made. 

I have also used Note Service Center and Land Home.

I am concentrated in the land development sector and multifamily.

We landed on RentRedi.

I usually advise folks moving to a new area to rent for awhile to get the lay of the land.

I think you'll just generally have less competition, so your chances of landing a property are higher, but I'm not seeing any bargains due to seasonality like there used to be.

@Will Jones, we are in the process of putting an offer on a piece of land in where we will build a building for one of my businesses and then lease out the rest of the space.  

Current prediction is rates will land in the high 4s in 2 to 3 years.
