Even if you joined a good mentoring program in another location, they will probably tell you to start building a team in your target market, so the end result is the same.Again, I can only speak firsthand of the Sumrok program, but I can tell you that Brad's students are absolutely doing the things you mentioned in your two bullet points.

Over the years, however, we’ve found that we end up coming down to Orlando quite a lot, especially in the last couple of years, and we end up staying in vacation rentals (Reunion, Championsgate, Storey Lake typically).I would love to simply pull equity from the current property but given that it’s a long term rental and we are Canadians, from what we understand it’s not an option for us.we love reunion but I feel that would probably not be the best for ROI.

BRRRR in Huntsville

VERY unlikely unless you either source an off-market property yourself or you find a unicorn deal (our last semi-BRRRR was a B-neighborhood property we sourced from an out of town wholesaler in late 2023, but couldn't get all our capital back out on refi).
