In a very short time, the prices have moved up astronomically. 

.$240 would be closer to 14,000 gallons per month which is astronomically high for 4 people.It is worth mentioning that PWSA just raised rates 14% - https://triblive.com/local/allegheny/14588172-74/p..., not sure how the 14% is going to be applied (if it will just increase the initial charge or apply it across the board) but good to know.

Then again prices have reached some astronomical levels over the last couple of years, making that potential correction percentage look like it'll flex some muscles.

Now I'm moving towards foreclosure on the building, but don't know what is going to happen if I successfully foreclose on the building.Is the owner of the land going to offer the land for an astronomical price?

I gave the last one a crazy astronomical price and he went away, only to e-mail me again later wanting to know if I wanted to sell.  

At my ideal price point, $200,000, I would need to do 3.5-5% down, especially with these astronomical closing costs that I am seeing.
