I got an email this morning forwarded from the buyer's financial bank that states that "the buyer is going to be using a brokered loan, as a reaction to un-favorable Covid-19 Overlay Guidelines".   

My primary need was instant reaction time which necessitated "checkbook control."

I think we’ll see some housing policy reaction to this (rent control, removal of occupancy limits to create more beds for people to legally sleep in).
