I don't have a preference for age in terms working with other folks but young can be good from an energy, optimism and having enough time to put in the extra hours when needed (usually a younger person is not going to have a spouse, 2-3 kids and a bunch of other responsibilities).

I was made aware this weekend by one of the investors on our Facebook group that Marco Santarelli on June 18th, 2024, held a "web seminar" again soliciting investors.

I guess what I’m suggesting is that you aren’t coming in at the optimal time in today’s market.  

Consult with a real estate attorney and a tax counselor to determine the optimal transaction structure.Good luck!

Another insights i am looking for is also the most optimized property size, is it 2 bed/1-2 bath or should i go bigger with 3 beds/2-3 bath?
