I don't know if they rekeyed the locks or not, but they leave all the door unlocked.....probably to avoid the previous owner kicking it in should they return.

Your job is to find motivated sellers and unlock opportunity. 

I would never run over and unlock the house for them.It is always a trade off when you have a needy tenant but one who is renting a lesser unit.
