However, I live in a college town and (as I am sure you know) some of the undergrads are rough on the houses - just an FYI.I think the only way this is a 'good' deal is if that house is going to appreciate very well.  

I was fortunate to not have incurred any student debt during undergrad.

The undergrads at MSU are actually very good tenants for the most part, but the graduate students are even better and there are many graduate programs there.

I know there's a big difference between candidates with an MBA vs. one with only an undergrad degree and what if I will need to be very competitive in case things don't work out with my current boss and I need to get a solid and professional job?

In 02, my father passed and my mother who never handled the business side/management side  - took over and since then we have had some losses and issues.I have lived out of state since undergrad - but recently moved back home to help my mother and before I head back to school for my Doctorate.

I went there for undergrad!

I am finishing my undergrad in history within the next few semesters.

Luckily, I will graduate undergrad with no debt.

If I went back to school it would likely to get an MBA as I have an engineering undergrad already and am currently a Navy Pilot.
