Quote from @David Torres: Hi allI have a house in a turist place and a Hotel next door is asking me to use my house to have more rooms and I was wondering what's the best way to make this happen and what kind of lease I can use to be protected. what i have seen before is you have a master lease with them, and hold them responsible for everything.
