The landlord policy covers damage to the property and liability - but read the policy and make sure you understand what it will cover specifically.We also have an umbrella policy that covers things that aren't covered by other insurance or incidents that exceed other coverage.

I assume the business has insurance, talk to your local agent about what you need, throw an umbrella on top if you have a high net worth a low threshold for risk.
