I need to find financing for them and I don't want to use my conventional slots.

I love cars, but I also love real estate and thus cannot justify spending exorbitant amounts of money on depreciating assets, one of the worst offenders being cars.

Getting around this cap will require you to refinance the homes in a portfolio loan or another option would be to offload 1 partner off of the loans through refinancing, thus freeing up some slots for that partner.

Up until about a decade ago, once you filled up the Fannie/Freddie slots, there wasn't much of a choice if you wanted to continue to expand; you had to go commercial.

It's a potential sub-market that usually only other pet lovers would be interested in.There are some insurance agencies that don't have breed restrictions but guessing you know already.I just have one question though, what is a chiweenie?
