.: @Michael Masters I don't know what you are doing honestly...Here's a version with some explanations on it, but don't worry about trying to figure this out if it still is unclear. 

Use an app to share pics with the lender and then get them to approve the draw in 24 hours, have the money by 48 hours after request.Some lenders still use the forms version where you email in a request, fill out two short forms, they send an inspector out to take pics, inspector prepares a report and sends to lender. 

I do deliver it digitally through a web based app as soon as they book and then have a printed version at each property as well.
