. :-) It's gold!

Sold for $47k and after 10% commission for my realtor ( a land specialist from National Land Realty.Good realtors with local knowledge are worth their weight in gold!)

You might expect a shingled roof to last ~25 years because the shingle might be rated/warrantied for that period of time, BUT if you monitor and do repairs as they come up it can very well last 30, 35, or even 40 years which to many people sounds crazy but since roofs are expensive those extra years are like gold!

That decade is long gone, and so is sitting on ones duff expecting others to do everything and just drop bags of gold on ones lap. 

If they underperform then take appropriate action up to firing them.As a realtor, the clients I ALLWAYS treated like Gold was repeat buyers.

Feel like I hit gold meeting this guy!

I use fidelity, these guys are the gold standard IMO 

Not sure if these markets are old news, but I have a friend in Winston-Salem that says its a gold mine, and by all means it looks like it…low crime, good schools, population growth, friendly taxes, and reliable tenants.
