Germany between the wars and Brazil or Chile about that same time are cited in the textbooks.Consider what owning rental real estate would be like under the onset of hyperinflation.If your tenant had just signed one year leases, and your debt is adjustable rate, you would notice that your margins would shrink as the items that you purchase frequently (supplies, maintenance work, property management services, etc.) would increase in price.

I have a question that I hope some of you may be able to answer.We are working on setting up a business structure for our rentals.The first tool that we will use is insurance.After that we are are presented with a decision.Should we put each property in a Land Trust then put them under an LLC or should we create two LLC's and split the properties in half between the LLC's?

Within ten (10) days after the onset of a delay, Contractor shall notify the XXXYOUXXX in writing of the delay, which shall provide: (1) a detailed description the delay and its probable duration, (2) the specified portion of the Work affected, and (3) an opinion as to the cause of the delay and liability (if any) for the delay.
