The only builder that I know that is building modern homes in the DFW area is Kessler Woods development in Oak Cliff.

Stay away from Blue Oak Const , Bill Lange, Roger Campagnolo(FL) and Gulf Stream dev.

If anyone is wondering, the areas in question are the M-streets/East Dallas and nicer areas of Oak Cliff.

I have this dilemma right now, I have a rental in a nice middle class neighborhood, a 4/2 home, (Oak Park close to Berkley for the michiganders), probably can get $1,500 - $1,600 a month for rent, we are replacing the cabinets, granite and putting stainless steel appliances, the connection is for electric but have thought about putting a gas burner instead of electric, would you think it would be a good idea to turn it to gas?

I have often thought about living in La Crosse because the bluffs and river valley are so beautiful out there.

I kindly reminded him that that is considered yard maintenance and to throw some salt on the ice.What I have seen happen with someone (my wife's friends who rent in Royal Oak) is that the tenants (again my wife's friends) complain when the snow removal company isn't there IMMEDIATELY as if their property they are renting is the only one the company has to do.
