New Builds especially but I know many who have struggled to sell in East Austin recently.

Agent has explained, I’d potentially be sued because I agreed to them fixing everything then backing out in the middle of repairs.

Louis and now live in the Metro East (I tell people I'm bi-lingual: I can speak "Missouri" and "Illinois").

Mowed the grass.  6 acres in the highway in the middle of town for $8,000 sold 1 year later for $200,000.  

I am in the middle of a dispute with them right now.
