In my market it's a mixed bag currently: we still have very low inventory in the entry-level price bands (under $1M) where we are still seeing multiple offers above-ask on any reasonably-priced listing that's in decent condition (I saw one go over-ask by $500k last week with 18 offers!)

New unemployment statistics indicate the region's jobless rate actually fell in April to 3% down from 3.5% in March and only slightly higher than 2.9% a year ago, according to figures from the Texas Workforce Commission.

Generally, I would think that commercial real estate (especially B and C class industrial/warehousing) would be less averse to the close train proximity then residential.
