The house next door just got sold for 265 (asking 279K) same issues with drainage but the owners were very diligent in combating the problem and installing french drains around the entire house.

The first one was probably 25x25 & very damp.The second one is more of a challenge as they had hand dug the basement & have french drains running around the base to a sump.

The coverage was terrible and I wouldnt use again.Scope of work:Exterior:-Reconnect two downspouts -Re-attached loose gutter to roof facia board-Demo broken concrete steps in front of house-Re-key 2 doorsUtilities:-Pex water supply replacing throughout -1/4 turn ball valve supply shut off valves throughout-Replace water faucet braided hose supply linesMain living areas:-Replace 5'x10' window in first floor-Patch a handful of plaster holes-Replace 2 pocket door faulty hardware-Replace screens on french doors-Remove carpet in 6 rooms-Patch hardwood floors (about 5 patch jobs)-Re-finish hardwood floors-Lay ~1200sqft vinyl tiles in entry way, downstairs Bath, hallway, kitchen, living room -Remove/replace ceiling tiles in living room with drywall.

I made great money for 15 more years.... and if I stayed in SFR residential I would be making 500k a year in the bay area with out really doing anything but working my referrals.. but I grew board of working with the public and went in to lending money which is still working with the public but mainly investors.. and of course as James will no doubt attest to there is a LOT o money in the US never know when some person calls you and it becomes a very nice gig.
