I'm interested in following this project when/if you kick it off. we have this in columbus. 58 rooms on .1 acres. 28000 sq ft. but this site the land is 50k it's set same as columbus but in miami dade county but sounds good. are you more interested in the miami one or the columbus one?

Always hard money lenders at the meetups and normally some wholesalers as well.Just remember your best deals are probably not from wholesalers, but the deals you generate yourself.

Eric the big one for us is when trying to buy subdivision land.. and seller see's one acre being fold for 400k and they have 30 acres and now want 12 mil.. when in fact larger parcels for SFR are trading on the market at say 200k an acre.. they refuse to understand that it cost 50k or more per lot to get those lots buildable.. they just do the simple math and stick that price on them.
