@Russell Brazil I plan on adding dirt to form a gentle slope away from the building, both downspouts run about 2' away from the exterior walls and I can easily extend those.

no door = one step closer to "open concept" lol no normal/cheapo door should be that much to replace. as far as the dryer, might as well get them one that was gently used instead of paying couple of hundred for a service call. p.s.

If you can reach it from the outside, you might (gently) poke a toothpick into any small holes near the bottom corners; sometimes they get plugged up with mineral deposits from the evaporated water, or leaves, bugs, mud, etc.
