It started with a completely redesigned website, and included monthly tasks such as articles (most of which I wrote and the SEO expert modified - edited, placement of articles and comments etc in LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., keyword optimization, and about 20 other things I have little or no familiarity with.  

In order to get the attention you want through online ads (which last I checked Facebook ads require such a wide range for the demographic that it is almost not worth it), you would likely need to spend literally thousands of dollars.

I would love to join local meeting however i am currently located out of the Country in Tel-Aviv IL . will defiantly look into joining the Facebook groups Thanks  

Anne as with meetups and Facebook Groups you have to do a  bit of vetting but it is good to meet in real life with investors and realtors and flippers and get the vibe as to whether you want to work with them on deals. 

You can also check meetup.com or search Facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area. 

Meetups and Facebook groups are good spaces to accomplish that.By reading the replies already posted here, you are already gaining a lot of knwoledge from experienced people like Jerryll, who explained another side of motivated sellers that I ever thought about.

There are note brokers, Facebook groups, etc.
