The best skill any investor can become proficient in is VALUATION, a mistake or wrong estimate in this process could mean a really bad deal.Anyone who boast a 10% discount off the asking price is really not an investor.Wouldn't want to get "cranky".

Important tip - make sure you find both a loan officer that is proficient with 203k rehab loans (needs to do several per month) and multi-unit financing, AND a lending institution that they work for/with which knows renovation well and that company services the draw period and disbursements.
