Real Estate Deal-Finding Software?
I'm a little newbie getting the feeling there are a lot of scammers out there advertising real estate deal-finding software.
I would prefer to have free software, but I know you get what you pay for. I was looking at Rich Dad Education classes that cost $5,000 or more and include software. I would really like some software to make my deal-finding proficient and efficient. But I want to know what is a reasonable price for decent software and what software options there are out there.
My questions to you smart gurus: 1. what software do you use and why? 2. do you know of any legitimate free real estate deal-finding software?
