You can either get the seller to pay, with a one time showing agreement, or you get the buyer to pay with their buyer representation agreement.In Texas we call this intermediary, some place might call it dual agency.#1 I would be running this by your broker to see if that is something they want you to do and how they want you to structure it.

Triplexes are going to be harder to find but I’m of the mind that you should go as big and expensive as possible since debt is cheap and you are (assuming) a dual income high earning household.

After we did the home inspection, the report had a few items that we would like the seller to address or give credit.The condo is 30+ years old and the windows are original - some do not open, some have bcome foggy, and all of them have lots the seal between the dual pane glass.
