I know that is a very vague question, but I would like to see what kind of different points of view I can drum up here.  

I was just unsure how much interest it would drum up which is why I put it out so early, but now I feel like maybe that was a mistake?

Granted I live in a huge city, it seems like every good deal I come across is a scam or a shady realtor trying to drum up business and get me to hire them to find other investment deals.

Our Denver forum is dominated by agents looking to drum up business, so it's not too active from just a pure investor standpoint.

I'm okay with that, so long as I can drum up enough leads ro support the volume of deals I'd need, it's just simple numbers.

That means even if you can drum up 25% down for a rental, you're going to have to get a loan application approved and that may be challenging with your income.
