There could be plenty of pricing models1) Like Diet.com people would put money in a pot and the one that doesn't prospect loosing out2) Charge like Coach.me, $15 a week3) stickk.com is another similar site with models where people donate money to charity or loose money to an anti-charity if the tasks are not done.Thoughts?

You can help by either donating to the cause (we all need the tax right offs) OR showing up to the February 7th metro council meeting regarding this issue.

I'm most interested in the apartments, but I cant give him all the commercial because the costs to develop the commercial building would be more than the land value that he is donating. 

SO point is if your parents want to donate, tell them do it before they die.

We meet monthly; get 12-20 people showing up and paying $10 that is donated to charity.

At close the seller would "donate" $30,000 to a "non profit." 

BTW I definitely am not trying to get off without donating money or time to people that really need it.

Then two weeks later I get a notification that a retiring landlord Jay Hinrichs wants to give away a free duplex to a young investor in the area, whom can rehab the property, post pictures online for others to learn, rent the property, and donate $50 /mo to charity.

After looking at what might be in the upwards of $30,000 to update the house and paying HOA fees of $175 per month we decided that the best thing for us both was to donate the property to charity.
