I listed it with a realtor that told me the price to list it, unfortunately i have to follow up about whats going on. bought and sold a few properties and never had the disconnect of knowing whats going on.  

You disconnected the utilities.

I think the most frustrating thing is to keep listening to the podcasts (which I still do, as there's tons of useful information there) knowing that there's this huge disconnect between Clayton's podcast world and the real world...

High interest rates have created a disconnect between many buyers, sellers, and brokers.

I decided to have their electric and water disconnected by the city. 

A lot goes into it  just to address ONE issue: "How do you target the right people... motivated people".And here comes DMM cold calling, RVM, and their platform is just "Ohh I have a list, lets send 3000 hits out".Do you all not realize there is a HUGE disconnect here?

For me to just change the Furnace we will need to temp disconnect the coil so it can be elevated.

I already have the equipment (panels, string inverters if I go that route, wiring, disconnects, etc.) so just a matter of getting permits and an electrician to bless the project. 

Then when the tenant disconnects them they revert to your name.
