Both Atlanta and Huntsville have strong real estate markets, but they offer different advantages.

Also if you are dealing with lower asset classes it will be different then abhigher asset class you are house hacking. 

There is a lot of different software that you can use to get this information without driving around. 

I have been to Utah and meet with 3 different fulfillment companies who run these guys programs this is a well Choreographed business and presentation behind the curtain..

This is due to different owner structures, not that each property needs an LLC.

It is good to hear different perspectives.

They keep different hours so be careful, however they were able to charge me $100 and get my series in place within several hours (stated as 24 business hours).I wish 1.
