I have a good friend and neighbor when I lived in Napa valley and he is bright owns a huge business.. but one agent told him he could get 2.7 million for his home.. it was in the best day a 1.9 to 2.0 and of course he list with that agent then beotchs forever because it does not sell .. those types of listings do no one any good.

hi Timmy workplace is 80 miles from my primary residence, I am thinking to get a fha loan with 5-10% down (no previous FHA loan) to buy a quadplex, rent 3 and use 1 for myself as an overnight stay for 1 day a week and maybe use it occasionally as STR (only of legal),will that be legal?

I've came across "delayed financing" where you have to leave 30% down but can get your $ between 0-6months after closing (can file for a loan the same day as closing if you wanted to), traditional cash out refi but have to leave 25% down, and some creative financing with a portfolio lender (generally the best I can get is 20 year amortization, 5yr balloon payment and slightly higher interest rates).
