Nice to meet you I'm almost halfway through "The book on rental property investing" by Brandon Turner and it's really open my eyes to real estate! 

In the first 10 days listed on Airbnb, the STR rental revenue booked covered the entire mortgage.Lessons learned?

The credit Union my primary home mortgage is through keeps all their mortgages on their books so they would probably be more inclined than others to call it.

So prompt responses to inquiries generally get the bookings.
