A PA judicial tax sale does not wipe out ANY liens in addition to the one bringing the property to sale unless the judge directs that the property be sold FREE AND CLEAR of all liens.

I am currently working with a PA (public adjuster) company based out of Indianapolis for my 6unit property in Louisville to restore fire and water damage. 

As a result, I did not feel comfortable signing a PA, since it was final and I had not received comps or signed a JVA.
