Now I know nothing of that market it could be red hot for all I know.but smaller town markets tend to be slow movers and usually discounted purchase price from ask because there is so much to choose from.that's the basics

Anyway it feels good to feel like a mover and shaker again and I just finished my real estate class and am taking my test to be an agent at the end of the month.  

. $400 for each side dump fee and then the cost for the mover to take them there.  

I'm making a few bids on properties in Aberdeen, MD (north of baltimore, MD).

If she didn't have much stuff, personally, I would pay for a mover, but I'm also a little too empathetic.

All the major movers for your area will be there, many of them are willing to help newbies

I rented a locker at Public Storage (first month $1 special), had movers haul it away, sent a letter to the love shack saying "here's where your s**t is.

Find a local dealer or home mover who works with used manufactured homes and see if you can cut a deal with them. 

Any manufactured home mover can steer you in the right direction.
