Hi Everyone, I found a place that seems interesting for a possible live in rehab with a potential to turn it into a rental down the line. This is the first time I have thought about trying anything like this. I know from reading the forums that research of the market is essential. Can anyone suggest the best way to evaluate a market and maybe how to start?
