You can fix this by talking to the utility provider about creating "equal billing" or whatever they call it in your area.

Probably I'm less excited about a medical business on the ground floor.

All these properties were bought sight unseen on their recommendations. 

I am not within due diligence as the offer was alll contingencies waived, as-is purchase.
