I think we're going to be holding a weekend training and Bus Tour for investors in April.  

From that trip I'll plan to do a full location and property and all that report based on my own touring of everything.

Looking for local agents who is very familiar with the neighborhoods, have time to write and tour multiple properties, and help acquire good deals.

But you will be the first to contact to get a tour if I make it that way!

I recently toured the factory where these mods are being built.

You aren't going to find a lot of contracting companies who's core customer demographic is the let's get at least 3 bids on everyone of the 100 houses we tour before we make an offer crowd.

For the past 6+ months we've been tirelessly touring SFR's trying to buy our first home.

We got a limo-van tour of 3 properties, we had snacks and some class time at Phil’s mansion, we got hotel food in a private meeting room, and we got a steak dinner at Perry’s Steakhouse and Grill.
