Good day, I was hoping someone might shed some light into my situation.State: NJ.I had a lease for 1 year, but I decided to tell the landlord I needed to move for personal problems/issues.

I have found there are existing citations on the property which the seller has not resolved - how are they getting away with not resolving the citation over many years.Can anyone shed some light on this issue and how to overcome the problems.

Have had a STR 'tiny' shed in Coos Bay and familiar where you could 'get away' with it for now.

What easements are there on it (electrical, utilities, water shed, etc...)How much of it floods and holds water in the spring when the snow melts off?

Is it possible to put a storage shed on the STR property?  

They are cheaply built and are classified as a shed.

What is everyone’s take on renting out a storage shed in backyard of a duplex, Would you only limit it to your tenants or anyone who would be interested ?
