It is not in the companies best interest to try and over complicate the numbers, that's how lawsuits and bad press happen.I tell the people that I run through the channel the same thing.  

Then of course, stuff goes wrong and you solve those problems and press ahead.

If you see a press report about a CRE team moving from one bank to another, it typically means the onboarding bank is aggressive with their lending.

It's illegal in most of the city and only getting more bad press.

There’s about a 100 investor/wholesaler groups on FB as well that occasionally organize impromptu lunches or coffee. 

Under normal times, you’d be hard-pressed to toss a stone into any real estate club and not hit a private lender.

Only thing is with the rates and property values like they are now my new properties will by hard pressed to make $200-300 per property to cash flow. 

I am not hard-pressed for funds nor do I live off any cashflow from my properties.What would you do?
